Psychologist Appointments

Schedule an appointment through the contact form or by contacting directly. The office is centrally located in Oslo, at Solli plass. You can choose between sessions of 45 or 90 minutes. You can describe the issue you need help with during the first session; there's no need to provide additional information before the appointment. Looking forward to see you!

Online Psychologist Session

If you prefer an online psychologist session, you can book it through the online calendar or by contacting directly. When booking, include a comment stating that you want the session online. You will then receive an email just before the session with a link to the online meeting. Online treatment works well and is a convenient solution.
